Ordering Restrictions: Biological Concepts Mycology requires all customers to be over the age of 18 at the time of purchase. We may require proof of age if an order from a minor is suspected. All our genetics in the psilocybe genera are strictly intended for microscopy use only. By ordering through our site, you understand that any misuse of these products, or the subsequent damages there-of, are the full responsibility of you as the buyer. This includes personal injury as well as the illegal cultivation of psilocybe mushrooms. You as the customer agree to follow all federal, state, and local laws when purchasing these products.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

All items are shipped with 12-72 hours of payment. Unless cases of holidays or presales. In case of holidays we will ship the next business day.

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns at this time.

Due to the time and fees associated with processing spore orders, we have a strict no-cancellation policy. If you require your order be cancelled, please contact us within 12 hours and you will be fully refunded, minus a 9% restock fee. In the case that your order is dropped off with USPS within 12 hours from the time it was placed, we cannot cancel the order.
